Complaints and requests
Complaints concerning the operation of organisational units of the GIODO Bureau cannot be submitted in oral form by telephone. The procedure applied in this regard results directly from the provisions of the Act of 14 June 1960 The Code of Administrative Procedure (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 23), the Regulation by the Council of Ministers of 8 January 2002 as regards organisation of accepting and handling complaints and requests (Journal of Laws No. 5, item 46) and the Regulation no. 9/2016 by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection of 14 April 2016 as regards accepting and handling complaints and requests in the Bureau of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
